How do I book services with Empire GTS?
You can call our offices to book service from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, or you can make a reservation on line 24 hours a day

What are your hours of operation?
Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and we offer 24 hour dispatch and emergency service.

 

What is the STC charge?  Is Gratuity included in my reservation?
STC are the taxes, administration fees and fuel surcharges.  An additional 20% is added to every order for gratuity.

 

What is your cancellation Policy?
Airport transfers and must be cancelled 3 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.  The client has the right to cancel hourly charter and larger vehicles up to 48 hours after time of booking with no penalties. If the client chooses to cancel after this time, 30% of the contracted services will be charged to the credit card on file.  If the reservation is not cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount.

 

Who do I call when I arrive at the airport?
When you arrive at the airport, please proceed to the baggage claim area.  If you are getting Meet & Greet Service, the driver will be waiting in the baggage area with a personalized sign.  If you have curbside pick up, please pick up your baggage and call 877-7EMPIRE (736-7473) and we will dispatch the driver to you.

 

What are acceptable methods of payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We can invoice services for corporate clients.  We need to have a valid credit card on file to make any reservation.

 

I made a reservation and did not receive an e-mailed confirmation or confirmation number.  Should I be concerned?

If no confirmation is received via e-mail, please call our offices or e-mail us at info@empiregts.com.  This goes for payment receipts as well. 


Are beverages included in vehicles?
We supply ice, soda and water in all vehicles free of charge.  You may bring whatever alcoholic beverages you would like in the vehicle provided all passengers are over 21.
This does not apply to our executive sedan.
